Terms
of Use.
The ground rules for using this website. Your actual engagement with us is covered by a separate signed agreement.
Last updated: 4 June 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at lmcloud-consulting.com (the "Site"), operated by LM Cloud Consulting Ltd ("LM Cloud", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. These terms are not a service contract
The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, and using it does not create a client relationship. Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement (a statement of work or engagement letter) signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
- introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data without our permission; or
- submit false information or spam through our forms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to LM Cloud and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Site commercially without our prior written consent.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Calendly for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and online, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice you should rely on without speaking to us first.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LM Cloud will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. For any question about these terms, email info@lmcloud-consulting.com.
