Modern IT,
cloud, and AI
for UK businesses.

LM Cloud is a UK IT partner — for all your cloud platforms, custom software, and practical AI needs.

/01
Cloud-native, vendor-neutral.
Deep expertise in Microsoft, Google, AWS, and GCP. We know which one fits your business.
/02
Code, configuration, and conversation.
Equally comfortable writing a Next.js app, configuring conditional access, or sitting in your board meeting.
/03
AI-fluent, not AI-hyped.
We've shipped real AI automations that save real hours. Not slide decks and "AI strategy workshops".
/04
Migration specialists.
Legacy app to modern stack. On-prem to cloud. Google to Microsoft. Moves are where most projects fail — we make them boring.
§ 02 — How it works

Three conversations,
then we get to work.

No discovery decks. No 14-stage onboarding. You talk to a director, we tell you what we'd do, and then we do it. The whole thing fits on one page.
01TALK

30 minutes, free, no slides.

You explain what's going on. We ask sharp questions and take notes. By the end of the call you know whether we're a fit — and so do we. No follow-up sales sequence.

One-page proposal in 24 hrs.

What we'd do, how long, how much, and what we'd ignore. Written in English a non-technical board member can sign off without a translator. You take it away and decide.

§ 03 — In their words

Quiet wins,
named clients.

The ones below agreed to be named. Roughly half of our clients don't — competitive industries, sensitive migrations. We're fine with that.
Read the case studies
“We'd been with a ‘managed IT’ firm for four years and never once spoken to anyone with a technical title. First week with LM Cloud, a director was in our admin centre fixing a sync issue that had been logged six months earlier. We've since moved everything across — M365, devices, the lot.”

“They built our internal claims dashboard in six weeks and it's the only piece of software the team actually thanks me for. It saved us four FTE-weeks of manual triage in the first month.

“We were paying for three overlapping Microsoft SKUs and didn't know. The audit paid for itself in the first month — and they told us, plainly, which of our staff didn't need a paid licence at all.”

§ 04 — Productised audits

Fixed scope.
Clear deliverables.

One-off Microsoft 365 health checks with a written report and a director's recommendations. Every engagement is scoped before we start and delivered in two to four weeks. Book a call and we'll tell you which one fits.

§ 05 — FAQ

Questions we get asked
on the first call.

If yours isn't here, just email [email protected] — one of the directors replies, usually within a few hours.
Do you actually do the work, or just resell Microsoft?+
We do the work. Directly, in your tenant, with our admin credentials. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner but we don't resell licences — you keep your direct billing relationship with Microsoft (or Google, or AWS) so you can leave us at any time without untangling a billing contract.
What happens if we want to leave?+
You give us 30 days' notice in writing. We hand over a documented runbook of every policy, every admin account, every automation we touched. Where the licences are concerned, you already own them — there's nothing to transfer back. We've never had to do this acrimoniously; we'd rather you go quietly than stay unhappily.
How is this different from a traditional MSP?+
Three things. (1) You'll only ever speak to senior engineers — there's no first-line filter. (2) We work to a flat scope, not by ticket count, so nobody is incentivised to leave problems open. (3) Monthly notice, not 36-month contracts. The trade-off: we are smaller than the average regional MSP, and we are selective about who we take on.
Do you cover after-hours?+
The Health Check audits run on business hours (9 – 6 UK). Ongoing managed-IT support is scoped separately and can include 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. or named-on-call 24/7 cover — a real person, not a routing tree.
How does cybersecurity work practically?+
The Enhanced and Max Health Checks examine your Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps and DLP configuration end-to-end, and we hand you a prioritised remediation plan. If you take us on for ongoing support afterwards we'll execute that plan, triage alerts ourselves, and produce a monthly written security report — three pages, plain English. Everything is aligned to Cyber Essentials Plus by default.
Can you take over from our existing IT provider?+
Yes — and we do this most months. We run a 2-week transition where both teams are live, do a documented handover, and switch the keys formally on day 15. You shouldn't notice a service interruption. We'll tell you honestly if there are skeletons in the closet that need addressing first.
Do you work outside the UK?+
Yes. We're UK-based but the platforms we work on aren't — we run M365, Google, AWS and GCP tenants for clients across Europe and North America. The only practical constraint is overlap with UK business hours; we work with most time zones from -5 to +3.
Ready when you are

Let's audit your stack.
Free. No obligation.

A member of the team will spend 30 minutes inside your tenant (with your read-only credentials, on a video call), and write you a one-page summary — what's healthy, what's quietly wasteful, what would worry us if it were our own business.
